Kung Fu can teach you natural, effective ways to get rid of your stress

Part 1 - Osmosis.  Water will go from an area of high concentration to an area of low concentration.  This applies, not only to water, but to energy as well.  It is believed that if you are feeling happy, you are at a certain vibration, you give off a particular frequency, and your energy feels a certain way.  Anything on the happy side, or any derivation of being positive is said to have a high energy resonance.  On the flipside, anything negative is of a lower vibration. 

So the equation is simple, if you are feeling "down" then simply find someone or a group of someones who are "up". They say you are who you surround yourself with, so if you feel stressed, one of the easiest things you can do is to surround youself with those who are at peace, relaxed and Zen-ed out!  As an internal system with a big emphasis in Chi Kung, meditations, and relaxation, most of the students become very mellow yet possess a silent power about them.  If you immerse youself in that long enough enough, it will rub off on you!
