Authentic kung fu and martial arts encompass a holistic approach, incorporating chi kung (qigong), tai chi, dynamic forms, and postures, among other elements. These practices are augmented by supporting physical and energetic exercises from a multitude of modalities. Consider the analogy of meal planning: just as you don't rely solely on cereal throughout the day, in martial arts, you explore a variety of practices. You incorporate fruits like oranges, apples, grapes, staple foods like bread and rice, and experiment with cooking techniques, raw consumption, and culinary combinations in the form of recipes.

Authentic Martial Art With Over 400 Years of History.
White Tiger Kung Fu (or "Bak Fu Pai" in Cantonese) is an internal martial arts system that originated in Southern China. Also known as "The Emperor's Art," Bak Fu Pai is a "complete" martial arts system that contains a series of forms, exercises, meditations, and herbal knowledge.
Why is lineage important? If you were interviewing candidates for a marketing position, who would you have certain preconceived notions about before you even meet them: a business major from Harvard or a business major from Oklahoma State University?
